Dear All,

Could anyone please suggest me how to identify external records?

E.g. I have records of education, i.e. some certificate issued by external organization.
I assume that one cannot print any IDs on the top, as it will corrupt the original, then is there any other way to indicate where it belongs?

You can put id markings on them if you want. They are your records. Or, you can simply refer to them by description if you prefer not to mark on them.

There shouldn't be any need to mark an individual record to identify it. You need to be able to produce records if they're needed, and the identity of the type of records you're concerned about should be self-evident.
