When I was looking for a job and saw openings with companies that required a SSBB or considered it a "desired" qualification, I frankly questioned the sense of their management. Personally, I have seen much more waste and harm created by the SSBB qualification/implementation/certification process than benefit derived from it. But the hawkers have made a load of money from it.
