Q-Skills is a self paced learning product. Q-Skills teaches quality improvement tools and techniques by allowing students to have fun as they learn, in continuous improvement, six sigma and lean programs.
A combination of games, puzzles, simulations, animations, photos, graphics, sound and music (sound is optional) create an entertaining and motivating environment.
Employees work at their own pace learning how to use and apply tools ranging from brainstorming to control charts. It includes an option for Lean tools training. Q-Skills can be used by almost anyone, from any industry. Q-Skills makes things easy for the administrator too, with comprehensive reporting and flexible course setup options. Q-Skills cuts off-the-job time. It enables "slow" time be more effectively utilised. Large numbers of employees can be trained rapidly and consistently. Selection of prior knowledge test, allows Q-Skills to be used for subsequent review. Q-Skills simplifies training of new employees.
Even when training is complete, Q-Skills continues to help, with an interactive DMAIC support facility and toolkit to aid teams in implementation. The toolkit is designed to allow easy creation and print out of charts ranging from control charts to cause & effect diagrams to flow charts.
Network, intranet and stand alone PC operation are supported.
