PRI Registrar Acquisition of GWR

PRI Registrar is pleased to announce its recent acquisition of all existing client contracts of Great Western Registrar, LLC (GWR) based in Phoenix, Arizona. One of our organizational objectives has been to continue to be one of the leading Registrar’s in our industry. Our acquisition of GWR supports this goal. With the addition of the GWR clients and auditors, PRI Registrar further strengthens our market position on the West Coast and in the Northwest and Southwestern markets.

PRI Registrar has worked hard on initiatives to improve our operational platform over the last couple of years and expand our service offering to support such growth initiatives. We welcome the GWR clients to PRI Registrar and look forward to partnering with them to support their certification. We also welcome the GWR auditors who will continue to support the GWR clients and offer even more local auditor options to PRI Registrar’s existing clients.

GWR and PRI Registrar share a passion for high quality delivery of certification services, so we expect both GWR clients and auditors will find a good fit in their new partnership with PRI Registrar.

Two decades of commoditization, lack of regulations and ineffective accreditation is definitely re-shaping the business landscape for Certification Bodies.
