As I understand it, site-blocking in China is often inconsistent between its state-owned regional ISPs, and inconsistent from day to day. The Chinese government is very active in blocking content that's considered politically controversial, so it's not just pornography and violence.I was laughing whenever I saw this kind of concern, blocking internet. It is not really true in China. Government only block the websites with pornographic,violent and horrific to protect people here.
