I, too, add my congratulations. It is always heartwarming to see folks giving back to the newbies to help sustain the principles and techniques of the profession. Who knows? Govind may eventually be one of the new generation of Quality Gurus to join the ranks of Shewhart, Deming, Ishikawa, Taguchi, Crosby, et al.
