curious has anyone established a reliable transition or, launch plan for ICE to EV, Coal>Solar>Wind...to ensure the launch or transition is a smooth one? One recent story addressed a way to partially satisfy the EU electric power requirements...invest in a massive solar farm in sub Saharan Africa...part of this problem is/are the still low PV panel efficienies approx. 24% at best?
