Product compliance process

regarding REACH ; I see that the End user & downstream user should be more clear , the suppliers shall cooperate to send their materials registration” if applicable “ ; including any relevant SVHC & safety data sheets of all their materials ; test reports of relevant raw materials ; the registration #, the relevant REACH directives , --etc --this could be more reliable to avoid the duplication of the registration; including that you have to specify as end user the material quantities used for each components / batches , ---etc. -- I see that the submitted file should be contained the essential information , including your final products safety data sheet “ if applicable” , anyhow if SVHC is not applicable for all components used ; this issue could be more simple for your REACH process.
