Boeing 737 Max 9: Here we go again

Before posting...to be certain I am not searching for this "stuff", i have for 3-4 years checked out the avherald.com site at least once daily...pure unbiased interest. Now is this piling on BA?, no, the underlying data is readily available. And in this instance, the described failure could be due to lack of or poor maintenance, etc.

Well it isn't the 737 Max 9 but 777 models, nonetheless here we go again. We will need to keep flash cards of planes to avoid, it seems.

Is there really a problem here if the FAA is allowing 5 years to address it, and apparently it has never happened in "nearly 30 years" of flying the aircraft for millions or billions of miles?
