To all my fellow Covers, do you really think at this point Boeing finally found religion, in terms of quality culture within the organization? For certain it appears as though they hit bottom?

I would like to think so, but there is a ton of work to be done to reshape the culture. It will take a long time. What leadership team has what it takes to do that, while at the same time straightening out their supply chain and design issues? There are numerous moving parts to this.

While in reality the over riding factor is that the board and the C suite has made MILLIONS of dollars despite the terrible things. So, really, why should they change? They are motivated solely by money. Until that goes away nothing changes. You always dance with who brung ya.
