In point 7.1.5 b the psychological factor was added as necessary to create a suitable environment. ignoring the nutritional aspect isn't a lack of the ISO TC 176 working Group?
The health, well-being and the high enthusiasm of the employee is desirable both from the person point and the organization point of consideration. They could indirectly effect the purpose of the organization.
These are more a vision and commitment of the top management (Leadership) and can be a part of the company vision. I know of a good corporate who believed and still have calisthenics for all in the beginning of the shift and provide good wholesome meals between work.
These cannot however get into standard that focus on Quality management system. Only the directly effecting factors gets a mention. A part of your title also involves the individual's living style and belief systems, which he does carry into the organization within him.

I believe that on iso 9001 at least one note on the prevention of the health of human resources would not have hurt on the contrary ...

I don’t think anyone implied dictating lifestyle/dietary choice, but many progressive organizations realize the implications of healthy nutritional choices and attempt to educate and/or incentivize the workforce via wellness programs. ISO 9004, which goes above and beyond 9001, would be a much better place for any mention to dietary impact on human factors, but, at present, it does not cover the subject either.

The other day I was auditing an integrated management system which had a procedure addressing psychosociological risk management. You are right to mention the corporate culture issue. If the culture is not receptive to progress, the backlash would be fierce.
