In addition the transition time will be dramatically cut as well, No TS/ISO 16949 audits will be performed after Oct 1,2016. IATF will be a total recertification audit regardless of where in your cycle for TS you were

There are no auditors currently qualified to audit to the new standard, which was released after that date. I'm sure you meant after Oct 1, 2017.

If I find even single section with "No further IATF requirements on this section" I will sue them. :lmao:
66(67) sections with "See ISO 9001 :2015 requirements".
Any free greedy lawyers here? ;)

I thought IATF has decoupled from ISO. Why is ISO9001:2015 referenced in this standard? Is this legal?

See the press release Sidney posted here.

"IATF 16949:2016 will fully respect ISO 9001:2015 structure and requirements. IATF 16949:2016 is not a stand-alone quality management standard, but is implemented as a supplement to, and in conjunction with, ISO 9001:2015."
