It is not possible to list the requirements. It is totally depending upon the process we audit. It varies with each process.
In VDA 6.3 red book 2010 release, they have listed possible requirements for each questionnaire. We cant say VDA has 568 requirement. Even you can have 1000 requirements until your process becomes more control & it meets the customer's requirements..And one requirement can be used for multiple questionnaire...
this is the uniqueness about VDA questionnaire
SO....IT IS TOTALLY DEPENDING UPON THE PROCESS & THE AUDITORS...

Hello All,
I had a little bit time on holiday so I prepared the excel VDA 6.3 audit report (similar earlier for previous version of VDA and FORMELQ) and which is more than user friendly compared with the original one what I have hated because the filling out was always complicated than previos one.
New features what I input:
- automatic grading
- automatic improvement plan (summarized the open point list)
- summary coversheet for improvement plan
Much more usable for me and hopefully for You as well.
If You are interested in please reply and send for trial. Only what I want to share your experience with me during the using.

The changes in VDA 6.3:2023 include
- Items related to the software are covered in the questionnaire.
- Harmonization with VDA Automotive SPICE® and VDA MLA methods.
- Requirements on purchasing activities have been added to P3 and P4.
- Specifying the qualifications of the auditor.
- Added notes on conducting remote audits.
