Do you have a completed form as an example so that I can understand the formulas !
It also would be great if you have a (linked)APQP or PPAP worksheet.

APQP on service parts

I have to complete APQP on a daily basis and I need to know if it is necessary to do APQP on new service parts...They are not required to be PPAPed...They may only run as needed...

I also need to know about Factory assist parts. We get factory assist but they may only run 3 times....

Can anyone help me with this?
