In 9001:2015 what exactly is an auditor looking for on "Control of nonconforming outputs" for evidence? The audit is being doing on Zoom so we have to take pictures of our evidence. In my experience of audit. The auditor completes the requirment laid down in clauses of ISO 9001, 14000, 145001. In ISO 9001 since it is quality audit first he would like to know about the Managment commitment to quality, quality policy. During its perfomance, then he would like to see the organisation commitment towrds quality as perceived by its stake holder, Now since stake holder has come into picture it will come to role, responsibility, authority of every member, leader producing the product and services to customer, how he fulfills the requirment as mentioned by organisation in its procedure, rule book etc. As commitment towards quality he would like to see the evidence for every action either mentiobally verbally or mentioned in documents.
So audit is not a show case to show all good things but to show what is mentioned with phyical evidence of the mentioned thing.
