Here is some real data.....a worksheet has since been added to show each division and only their resulting audit score. Cell colors help show where the system needs improvement.

Re: ISO 9001:2000 Internal Audit Compliance Scoring System

I originally posted this ISO 9001 Internal Audit scoring file in the Customer Satisfaction threads. So I started this thread, which is more appropriately named. I have since revised this file and corrected many mistakes! I hope it is useful to someone else. I created it to help me determine my employer's compliance to ISO 9001:2000 since one of our objectives is to maintain 80% to 100% compliance.

Edit: I guess my intent here is to eventually "share" the compliance rating. Maybe we can benchmark our ratings?? Is this even necessary?
This is really good and I can definitely use it. I am also going to use it to score the quality of audit reports!

For my scoring:
In your audit you identified what was missing or lacking, use that info to put an "X" in the cell for the most applicable column and/or columns. That is what I do. I hope this helps you. :bigwave:

Thank you so much for this great spreadsheet. We are going to use something similar to this to help track our scoring/results. Our company wants to see numbers and this is a great way to measure, analyze and show how we're doing on a scale. This is a very effective way to view results.

Crusader,

I wanted to evaluate only one section of QMS which is Measurement, Analysis and Improvement. Is it possible? If yes, can you help me how my table and formulas would be? I have 6 divisions in my company.
Also, can you tel me why you use -30, -20, -10 specifically?

Thanks.
