(This is a right vs. left brain exercise.

Instructions:

Ask the team to read the chart aloud from left to right

Then ask them to �read� only the color from left to right, which they�ll find is a lot harder to to.)

Can you see that different folks, depending on being left or right brained people, might have completely different points of view and a lot of difficulty seeing a different vision?

We need to allow all ideas to come forth at this point, even though some might immediately be seen as inappropriate. Later we�ll take the time to analyze all of the ideas and determine which to implement.
