Use this to take all the steps and times through observation and identify the process flow:

- put a box around the description, and number the step

- make the size of the box in proportion to the time for the step

- detail time for each step

- detail distance for each step

- total the VA time

- total the NVA time

- document the combined VA & NVA total time

- calculate & document the VA% against the combined total time.
