Identify Alternative Solutions

• Evaluate how other groups solved similar problems.

• Use brainstorming to generate Alternate Solution C&E diagram.

• Consider redesign of the part or process to eliminate the problem.

• Anticipate failure of the solution. Develop contingency action(s).

Implement Solution
