MDEL renewal

Hello,

This is the first time that we submit a renewal for our MDEL cert. Should I get a new cert? or a new document that certifies that my MDEL is renewed?

You should receive an email that your MDEL has been renewed.

do you happen to know how long after the acknowledge email, the renewal email is sent? We submitted the renewal application in March, the invoice was paid and we still waiting for the confirmation. thanks, in advance.

You can send them an email to confirm. I had to ask for confirmation of renewal recently as the previous person who renewed the license had left the company. Very simple and they confirmed within a few days.
